AFTER ONLINE APPLICATION, TAKE THE PRINTOUT OF THE ONLINE FORM AND SUBMIT THE SAME AT THE SCHOOL OFFICE WITH THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS.
DEPOSIT THE EMPLOYEE CERTIFICATE BY 21.03.2024(03.00 PM) OR ELSE YOUR RESERVATION SEAT WILL REJECTED.
The Date of Entrance for the selection of Std-III to IX & XI(Admission) is on 20.03.2024 at 10.00 am. So you are requested to come with your original aadhar card and one passport photo to appear for the test. You are advised to reach the venue 30 minutes before.
*The Date of Lottery for the selection of LKG(Admission) is on 15.03.2024 at 10.30 am. So the parents of LKG Applicant are requested to be present on the stipulated date and time.

APPLICATION FEE
Ø Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred Only) for Nursery to Std-IX.
Ø Rs.1000/-(Rupees One Thousand Only) for Std-XI(SCIENCE).
N.B:.- Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/ reversal /chargeback and any other reasons. Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment. Fees once paid which are non-refundable for any reason or any clause of ADANI DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL, BHADRAK.

N.B:-Those are applying for XI(Science), Upload the pre-board marksheet in the field of Uploading Marksheet and put pre-board marks in the mark entry field(If the student is appearing the Board exam). The final selection will depends on the entrance test mark and final result of Std-X Board Exam.
